Wetherspoon Hotels: Rooms & How to Book
Please note: This is an independent guide, not affiliated with JD Wetherspoon plc. For live availability and room prices, use the official hotels site linked below.
Alongside its pubs, JD Wetherspoon runs hotels across England, Scotland, Wales and Ireland. Every hotel has an adjoining Wetherspoon pub serving breakfast, lunch and dinner, and many of the buildings are restored historic properties — which is why no two hotels are quite alike. This page explains what to expect and how booking works; for live availability and prices, use the official hotels site.
What the rooms include
According to JD Wetherspoon's own hotel information, rooms come in a range of sizes, including family rooms, and every room has an en suite bathroom, unlimited free Wi-Fi, a TV and tea- and coffee-making facilities. Accessible bedrooms with wet-room facilities are also available at some hotels. If you need a specific room type, check the individual hotel's page on the official site before you book.
How to book
- Go to the official hotels site: hotels.jdwetherspoon.com. Wetherspoon says its best rates are available by booking direct — on that site, in the Wetherspoon app, or by phone.
- Choose a hotel and check availability for your dates on the hotel's page.
- Book online on the hotel's page. You must be at least 18 years old to make a reservation, and card details are needed to secure it.
- For groups or special requirements — more than five rooms, a cot, or accessibility needs — the official advice is to contact the hotel team directly.
Good to know
Because the hotel sits with a pub, breakfast is served in the adjoining pub (hotel pubs serve food from 7am, per Wetherspoon's own hotel information) and the full pub menu runs through the day — our menu guide shows what to expect. Room prices, check-in times and cancellation terms are set per hotel and per rate, so this guide does not publish them: the figures on the official hotels site at the moment you book are the ones that apply.
